In 1971 College freshman JAMES DAVID CAINE is shocked to find one last Vietnam lottery draft is scheduled and he's eligible. When his birthdate is drawn number 11 he knows he cannot avoid being drafted. His worldwide roommate Andy convinces him to a nest. Caine is recruited for a special forces program to help in the withdrawal of the troops.
