Julian McCallum is on top of the world. He was just elected Governor of New York. He is popular and well-respected. He has a beautiful wife, Lily, who is a former model. Their young daughter, Ashley, is the classic "Daddy's Girl." Julian has a dedicated Chief of Staff, Chloe Dehvas, with whom he has developed a campaign to bring New York out of its pandemic slumber. Born and raised in New York, Julian remembers a New York that was the City that Never Sleeps and he wants to wake New York up again. To symbolize this, he plans to build a Giant Alarm Clock/Ferris Wheel in Times Square that will run 24/7. Companies are vying to get the coveted Ferris Wheel contract. Among them, Monroe Enterprises, run by Miranda Monroe. Miranda is ruthless and will stop at nothing to get the contract, even using her handsome, young nephew, Michael, to seduce Julian's neglected wife.—Tracy McCabe Shelton
