Bar owner Bob uses his sister, violinist Christina, who is addicted to drugs, to transport "white poison". Taking advantage of the sympathy of the artist, a special agent of the organized crime department, police major Georgiy Ivanovich, nicknamed Titanic, is introduced into the gang of drug dealers.
