A group of college teens are plunged into a nightmare when they awaken an evil spirit.

On a weekend getaway with some friends at a remote lake, a college student shows off and ancient voodoo book he stole from his professor. But when he inadvertently conjures up an evil African spirit that begins dismembering the hapless teens one by one, his professor (Glenn Plummer) must race against the clock to find a way to reverse the curse.—Larry B.
