VITALS is an immersive theatrical film: a single 90-minute-long shot, inspired by films such as Rope, Dogville and Russian Ark. The film combines the atmospheric possibilities of immersive theatre with the penetrative quality of POV cinema, in order to give the viewer the experience of being a Toronto EMS worker responding to an emergency call.—Anonymous
