A handsome boy moves to the city from the village. He rents a small place and then finds out that a Jin haunts the house and doesn't let anyone live there for long. The guy gets desperate and calls a psychic to get rid of the entity but the Jin chases him away. To add to his troubles, the landlady keeps asking him for money for this and for that and cuts off his water supply while her daughter, who can't resist him because of his good looks, keeps pulling pranks on him.
