The mysterious Mr. Chapel helps others to gain vengeance against criminals.

Mr. Chapel is a man without a past. His M.O. is to send people who have been wronged by the system, or by criminals, clippings of other people he has helped out. He then offers them help in return for either 1 million dollars or a future favor they're to do him. Chapel then sets out to bring justice to the criminals, using elaborately plotted scams and some subtle violence as necessary.—<[email protected]>

Chapel is a man who seeks justice. It helps people who have been hurt in some way and can not count on justice being served. In exchange for help, Chapel demands $ 1,000,000 or a favor - and he always chooses the latter, because every person he helped one day helps him in someone else's case, thus paying off his debt. Chapel's help can be counted on unjustly judged, people who lost a loved one in unexplained circumstances and cannot count on the police to find the perpetrator or prove their guilt. The avenger does not kill the bandits, he only helps the dimension of sorrow to capture them, prove guilt and punish them.
