This mythological tale derives its plot from the Mahabharata tale about Abhimanyu who learns of the Chakravyuha or battle formation of the Kauravas while in the womb of his mother, Subhadra (Fatma). The film was acclaimed for its war scenes.—Sujit R. Varma
