Synopsis

A vampire killer has struck nine times and the cops have no leads. When he strikes again, Detective Roger Sutter [Jason Williams] begins searching in his own way. Sutter doesn't know it, but the vampire is Doctor Victor Radkoff [Gustav Vintas], hypnotherapist and analyst. Radkoff kills his victims with a knife he keeps hidden up his sleeve and controls his 'lovelies' by hypnotizing them and making them wear heart-shaped ruby necklaces which resemble the logo of the Red Heart Blood Association. When Sutter notes that his girlfriend Jenny Carlin [Lesley Milne], a concert pianist, is wearing such a necklace, he puts two and two together and follows her to the Radkoff mansion where he eventually captures Radkoff and releases Jenny. On the way to the police station, Radkoff almost succeeds in hypnotizing the policemen into killing each other, but Sutter pops up from the bushes and shoots Radkoff. In the final scene, Sutter removes fake fangs from Radkoff's mouth.
