Four females on a weekend getaway are caught up in a town's ancient secret as they attempt to escape before succumbing to the sacrificial fate of the town's large marine creature.

Leah, Olivia, Abby, and Dawn escape to a secluded cabin on the lake for a relaxing Galentine's weekend. However, when Dawn goes missing and Olivia becomes ill, the ladies soon find out they are being pursued by the town's cult, intent on capturing them.
