The New Orleans tourist industry runs the city. Part of that industry is the mule and carriage tour. Royal Carriages is the largest and oldest carriage company in the city. It trains and employs tour guides that are top notch. Most of them have varied backgrounds such as architects, mediators, lawyers, professors... then there are the carnies.
