Uncle Joe is a misanthropic, thrice-divorced alcoholic with a penchant for arson and shooting cops. Somehow, possibly as a community service stipulation, he found himself hosting a kids' cartoon show. Unfortunately, Joe might be most inappropriate child entertainer since "Abuso the Cursing Clown."
