The biopic of Miss France 2000

Nadia, an 18-year-old mixed-race girl of Rwandan origin, lives with her family in a working-class housing estate in a small town in France. Rejected from a possible career as a basketball player for her bad temper, she is pushed by her father and his friends to register for the Miss Poitou Charentes competition.
