Seo Jin Ah was an ordinary woman. She worked as a teacher at a private institute and she was going to marry her boyfriend Ji Chang Sub. One night, Ji Chang Sub was hit by a car in front of Seo Jin Ah and died. The car was driven by Lim Yoon Jae. A year after Ji Chang Sub's death, Seo Jin Ah's life has now completely changed. She is still unable to get over her fiancé's death and her life is a complete mess. One day, Seo Jin Ah sees Lim Yoon Jae, who is supposed to be in prison. Lim Yoon Jae was a free-spirited person and liked to do fun things like a child. She also had enough common sense to question how people could kill other people, yet she caused the car accident that ended Ji Chang Sub's life. Now, Lim Yoon Jae is on temporary leave from prison to attend her grandmother's funeral.
