Tuesday Night Drinks is an animated comedy about a group who meet in a bar every Tuesday.
In Episode One we meet Derry Puddy, Billy Vino and the gang. Each character is introduced and shows their various idiosyncrasies. Derry loves to relate everything back to when he was raised on a farm - he also likes to regale the others with his tales of travel. Billy Vino drinks a glass of wine a minute and pretends to know everything. Bingham is privacy obsessed.
Episode One begins with The Waitress sweeping the floor. A couple arrive, who we later discover are Derry Puddy and his wife, Mrs. P Ph.D.
The Waitress gets Derry Puddy's name wrong. Derry then proceeds to order a beer, but includes a speech about never drinking Turtle Pilsner.
Another character (Groover) arrives and orders a beer in a beat poetry style.
Garry arrives. Derry describes how he watched a TV quiz show and knew all the answers. Garry then asks Derry a relatively simple question but Derry doesn't know the answer.
Billy Vino arrives and order the first of many white wines. He pretends that he knew the answer to Garry's question and criticises Derry for not knowing.
Groover performs another poem - Water.
Delilah arrives on an electric scooter and recites her trademark catchphrase before leaving.
Privacy-obsessed Bingham and glass-half-empty Marv arrive.
Groover performs another poem - Life.
Encyclopedia PHP arrives and Mrs. P Ph.D magically conjures up a chair for him. He orders a steak cooked rare.
Hen-pecked husband George W arrives and takes a photo of the group, prompting Bingham to cover his head with a paper bag.
PHPs steak arrives and is chewy and over-cooked.
Derry begins one of his legendary travel tales.
Two Hours Later...
Bingham is still wearing the paper bag.
Marv recites a chemistry class aide memoire to Billy - Billy is happy as he can use that in his next conversation.
Bingham is upset to find that he's been wearing the bag for no reason.
The show ends with a cheesy joke.
