This film tells the story of things to do at the Lancaster County Art Association in Strasburg, PA. The story is told by Tucker, a black scotty dog, the LCAA's PR Pup (Public Relations Pup), who has been given the task of informing the viewers in his own style of what can be done and seen at the LCAA.
