A James Bond-type action hero is assigned to destroy a weapons factory run by a fugitive Nazi.

American Mike Merrick, posing as German Ludwig Baum, infiltrates the atomic laboratory of Professor Schlieben, who is attempting to create atomic missiles for the Egyptian army.
