Set in a not-too-distant fictional future in which a synthetic blood substitute developed by an independent pharmaceutical company which is then endorsed by the Romanian government, allows humans and vampires to peacefully co-exist. After some time of failed adjustment and social strife vampires are re-located into a private district and relations with the humans begin to come to a boil. Due to a string of gruesome murders human and vampire alike; the government agency responsible for enforcing Human/Vampire rights and laws releases and partners with a renowned group of Vampire hunters to identify, track and hunt down the perpetrator(s). The hunters then reluctantly pair up with a group of the vampire elite to better understand and deal with the murderers.—Shallowjeff
