Synopsis

Father and son are trying to reconnect. A love interest of the son seems not to understand his affections. Also, someone that was once very close is proving to be not that reliable. How do bounds break so easily? What are the consequences of growing up continents apart from your father figure? Sexuality and life choices have being a problem for long enough. Will this boy and his father be able to put the past to rest? In a journey to understand his passions, afflictions, and interests, our main protagonist has always secured to alcohol and heavy drugs, but know that he is determined to go on a path of self-discovery, he wants more than ever to put his demons to rest. That way, he is willing to confront his father without fear, tenancy but also, deep down, a lot of love. As the film progress, we understand that this family drama incorporates into its narrative elements of suspense and music appreciation. The long walks Alex has on the streets of São Paulo are, even if he doesn't know, the same long walks his father does, to relieve some steam on residential streets of California.In the end, as this journey progresses we will discover if Alex's first boyfriend is the person he says he is, and even if the protagonist will be able to accept his body, his fragility, mortality, and the reciprocated love of his father as a son, that maybe can't forget old deeds, but can try to move on.
