Tyler Wiggins is an average 17-year-old high school student. When a wave of radiation passes the city, Tyler discovers that he, and many others, have been given superhuman powers. With his new teleportation abilities, Tyler and his friend Josh investigate the strange phenomenons that occur after the incident.
