A fifteen-year-old model train geek's date with his dream girl suddenly derails when a sinister hobby store owner shrinks and imprisons them in an elaborate, unearthly train set.

For as long as he can remember; fifteen year old August has always held a love and respect for model trains, so much so that he works as the assistant manager (And only employee) at a local model train store. After celebrating his special day with a dream date with Ellen, his dream girl and the older sister of Billy, the store's young regular, the two end up at the store, where August shows her the sprawling train set/model city set up in the back room. But while running the set's passenger train, the twosome find themselves mysteriously zapped, shrunk down, and on board the train itself. Thrust into the ride of their lives, they discover that August (and by extension, Ellen) have been lured into a shocking and mysterious scheme orchestrated by Mr.Dalby, the store's enigmatic owner, and the one who allowed August to access the set. Now the couple must discover the only way to escape Dalby's scheme....or be forced to ride the rails for good.—Aaron Ticen
