Synopsis

Guddu (Ajay Devgn) and Jonny (Sanjay Mishra), small time con-men get double-crossed of their illegal booty by their own colleague Pintu. When they try to escape, their associate Pintu (Manoj Pahwa) double-crosses them and drives away with money.They had stolen the money (to the amount of Rs 50 Crores) from Police Commissioner (Bomen Irani) who was running racket of converting decommissioned notes to new ones for a 50% commission.

Commissioner tracks down Guddu/Jonny who are after Pintu. Meanwhile, Pintu plans to leave the country but Guddu and Johnny catch up to him. While running from them, Pintu gets onto a private plane to escape but learns that instead of the pilot, he brought the janitor with him. The janitor escapes with the only parachute and the plane crashes.

All 3 groups Avi/Bindu, Aditya/Manav and Lallan/Jhingur are in the vicinity when the plane goes down. Pintu is recovered before dying and reveals that he has hidden the money in Omkar zoo in Janakpur inside something called OK. Guddu/Jonny also hear this and the race is on. The 4 groups cant decide on how to split the money and they decide that whoever gets it first owns it as the 4 groups disagree to distribute the booty equally.

This starts a mad crazy adventure between Guddu-Jonny and 3 other groups i.e Avinash (Anil Kapoor) and Bindu (Madhuri Dixit) - an bickering couple about to be divorced and argue over keeping their child; Lallan (Riteish Deshmukh) and Jhingur (Pitobash Tripathy) - are partners who work in a fire brigade service where they only save people first who bribe them which leads to them being fired after causing a mishap while rescuing people from a house in fire; and two weird siblings Aditya (Arshad Warsi) and Manav (Javed Jaffrey) find a job at an art gallery where they accidentally destroy the whole gallery and escape with the owner's advanced remote-controlled car.

Guddu/Jonny have a flat tire and have to steal a car from another highway motorist. They find a gun in his glove compartment and Jonny fires it, accidentally hitting the commissioner, who is hunting for them. The commissioner traps them on a railway line, but they escape when a train arrives on the tracks and the commissioner has to take cover. They steal another car, which had a "Chindi" GPS (Jackie Shroff), which leads them astray. This wrecks their car again and this time they steal a ride on a sky diving plane. They have to jump out of the plane with a parachute and land in the zoo.

Avinash/Bindu drive the car into the forest while claiming he knows a shortcut to the airport. When they get lost in the forest, they meet a local villager Madrasi Nariyal Paani (Ali) who claims to know the route to the highway. They both take him with them and try to cross a wooden bridge to get to the other side which breaks down. After luckily avoiding falling into the cliff, they realize that the villager was instead leading them to a restaurant called Hotel Highway which leads Avinash to beat him. Later, they try to cross a river to get to the real highway, which gets filled by water when the dam gets opened and they get swept to the edge of the waterfall.They hail a cab ride to reach the zoo.

Lallan/Jhingur find a helicopter company run by Jhonny Lever. The helicopter is a rickety wreck and has an auto-rickshaw engine in it. Predictably, it catches fire and the duo have to jump out, only to land on an under construction building. Lallan prays to God and bribes him with 1000 Kgs of sweets to get rescued. They steal a cycle to reach the zoo.

Aditya/Manav get distracted by a beauty on the road and drive deep into the desert, where their automatic car flips over and later drives off by itself. They are stranded in the desert. Adi gets into a quicksand and Manav has to rescue him using a cobra as a rope. When Adi gets out, he bashes Manav for not bringing a nearby rope that was being used for laundry.

All 4 teams reach the zoo at the same time. Prachi (Esha Gupta) is the zoo owner and Guddu falls in love with her. Chinappa Swamy (Mahesh Manjrekar) is a property developer who tells Prachi that he cheated her dad and got him to sign a sale deed for the zoo for Rs 5 Crores, by disguising it as a loan deed. Now he will demolish the zoo and construct a society on the land. Chinappa poisons the zoo's food supply and intends to kill all the animals. Bindu convinces the group to put their greed aside to save the zoo and the animals.

When the caretaker Prachi disagrees, he locks her inside the control station. When Jhingur, Manav, Johnny and Bindu ask to save them, the group decides to save the animals. Guddu comes across a lion and succeeds in keeping him from eating the poisoned steak. Lallan and Jhingur try to stop a baby gorilla from eating the poisoned bananas but Lallan gets beaten up by the father gorilla. Lallan saves the gorillas by convincing them to not eat the bananas. Adi and Manav try to rescue a baby elephant which has eaten the poisoned sugar-canes. They save him but the elephant pukes on Adi and the elephants thank them. Avinash and Bindu try to stop a tiger from eating the poisoned steak but Bindu gets chased by the tiger and she escapes him by climbing up a tree. Avinash then succeeds in convincing the tiger. Prachi gets freed when her pet monkey Security opens the door.

After successfully saving the animals, the group finds the OK and decides to split the money equally between all of them. They, along with the Commissioner after finally tracking down Guddu and Johnny, are confronted by Chinappa but get saved when Security holds a gun to Chinappa's face. The animals then chase Chinappa.

The Commissioner forgives Guddu and Johnny when he also receives some of the money. Avinash and Bindu forgive each other and decide to live happily together. Guddu falls in love with Prachi with Johnny asking if he can get a girlfriend too.
