"One generally tags a doc, a doc, but the chills swim upstream, my spine argues that some factual films deserve a second tag. In this case, there's no more fitting a second category than horror, the scariest bit of celluloid you'll watch."

Federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security discovers a national security breach related to the entry of 23 aliens from terrorist countries (Special Interest Countries) into the United States, allowed to enter the country without proper scrutiny. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, former head of the DEA Robert Bonner can't afford any more media scrutiny, since his incompetence was already exposed in the NASA 'Challenger' disaster. To avoid the scandal, the full might of the government is unleashed against Julia Davis, her family and witnesses. Having followed protocol to make her protected disclosure, Julia Davis is subjected to retaliation of an unprecedented magnitude, including malicious prosecutions and the use of Blackhawk helicopters that surpassed the Bin Laden assault, with airplanes for warrantless surveillance. After being confronted with irrefutable evidence of gross government misconduct, the Department of Homeland Security quietly settles the case but the war on American heroes and heroines continued.—Fleur De Lis Film Studios

Synopsis

Federal law enforcement officer and Acting Supervisor Julia Davis with the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection discovers a national security breach related to the improper and incomplete processing of 23 subjects from terrorist countries (Special Interest Countries), allowed to enter the United States. She reports these events to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, exposing the DHS for failing to protect the borders on the 4th of July, 2004, the date pinpointed by joint Intelligence alerts, as a "Date To Watch of Special Importance."

The blunder cited, no action necessary!

In response, Customs Border Protection Commissioner, former head of the DEA, former federal judge, former AUSA, Robert Bonner, is frustrated with media scrutiny and the agency engages in retaliation of unprecedented magnitude, cover-ups, fraud, waste of taxpayer dollars and abuse of power, with the use of the DOJ and judiciary to harm Julia Davis, family, her witnesses, colleagues and attorneys.

Davis, who graduated with honors from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy, is internally labeled a "Domestic Terrorist" and the agency's "Top Priority," simply for embarrassing the Department of Homeland Security.

Overnight, Davis finds herself to be an "Enemy of The State" for following FBI protocol, as inner-agency procedures, red-flagging a potential, maximum national security threat, in post 9-11 America. Julia's report made her a target, instead of an officer doing her sworn duty. She is subjected to 54 investigations and dozens of investigations in four different jurisdictions domestically and internationally, via Interpol. Her witnesses* are also investigated and intimidated, attorneys audited by the IRS and threatened if they do not abandon, and/or sabotage Julia Davis' legal representation and cases.

Retaliatory measures by the DHS, Herbert P. Kaufer and Jeffrey J Deal does not care about the law, or the constitution, things escalates to get Julia Davis, deemed to be a "Domestic Terrorist," on multiple fronts, state and federal, malicious prosecutions, two false imprisonments, land, aerial and vehicular warrantless surveillance, culminating with a commando-style raid of the Davis' home with Blackhawk helicopters and a Special Response Team. America's frontline defense used more SRT agents to raid the Davis, Palm Springs, CA area residence, than the number of Navy Seals utilized to raid Bin Laden's compound in Pakistan.

Julia Davis self-surrendered to U.S. Marshals, acting illegally in the selective and malicious arrests of Julia Davis and her husband. That same day, Julia received her Phase III Hiring notification to report to Quantico, VA for processing by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as a Special Agent for the FBI.

Former IG for the Department of Homeland Security, Elizabeth Redman, investigated and affirmed Julia Davis' case. Former Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano stated that terrorist threats had penetrated US borders as presented in the Julia Davis true story. John D. Schofield, friend and colleague, producer of the Academy Award winning films, "ALI", "As Good As It Gets," and box-office success, "Jerry McGuire," produced with Julia Davis and BJ Davis, to insure Julia's voice would be heard when the media attempted to cover-up this incredible true story. All memorialized in historical and legal victories.

America remains at risk, while the government hunts whistleblowers, instead of terrorists. After being confronted with irrefutable evidence of gross government misconduct, the Department of Homeland Security, promoted all involved, Adele Fasano, Lauren Kaufer, Herbert P. Kaufer, Jeffrey J. Deal, William Ward, despite their actions, that warranted their termination and criminal prosecution, and then there is the FBI, IRS, SEC, and various city, LA DA, LAPD, county of Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino and CA state agencies.

(Contrary to the irresponsible media reporting, this documentary does not assign the blame, or accuse any specific parties, or agencies for the deaths of four witnesses in this case. The exception, in the death of her father, Mykola Kot, who was illegally detained, had a heart attack in the custody of the DHS, Herbert P. Kaufer and Jeffrey J. Deal, denied medical care and medications, while hog-tied, in 114 degree weather during a warrantless assault, search. Full ambulance, EMT, airplanes and helicopters support on site. Kola was laughed at and made fun of when desperately explaining that he was having a heart attack. Comparable to, "I can't breath!").
