"TooLoose and Company" was a hosted horror movie show with Rick Felski as "Tooloose Noneck", which aired on WISN-TV Channel 12 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA in 1990.

Rick Felski had previously been the horror host "Tolouse Noneck" on "Shock Theater" (1980), "Shock Theater Double Feature" (1980), "Shock Theater" (1981-1984), and "Shock Rock" (1985) aired by WISN-TV Channel 12 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. When he wanted to resurrect his character and produce his own show, he spelt "Tolouse" as "Tooloose" to avoid any conflict with WISN-TV. When Rick Felski had re-launch is horror host character "Tooloose Noneck" in his 1989 special, WISN-TV approached Felski to produce a regular hosted horror movie show. The show ran from 6 January 1990 till 19 May 1990.—The Professor
