A true story about unconditional love that sadly enough couldn't last forever.

To the rest of the world, actors Bastiaan and Esther appear to have a perfect life. They are both hugely popular and highly in demand for acting jobs. Living on their idyllic farm with their two children, they appear to be as gloriously in love as ever. However, there are very few who get to see the other side of their life together. Away from the camera's gaze, Bastiaan's depression, anxiety and persistent insecurities are weighing him down and starting to affect their relationship. Esther is doing her best to keep her beloved partner and her family on the rails, but Bastiaan's mental illness is in danger of gaining the upper hand.
