Eddie Driscoll. started on WTWO-TV as the host of the weekly children's program "Toby Time", with Toby, Milfred, the sea mule and "Captain Salty", all puppets. The show would ran from September 1954 until January 1955. This was Driscoll's first show. He would continue to host a variety of shows on the station until his retirement in 1987.—The Professor
