To the Moon is a coming-of-age story about a cross-country adventure for a better future. In the summer of 2012, 18 college students decided to travel from California to Massachusetts by bicycle as their special form of social protest. Going by the name Co-Cycle, they are to spread awareness about cooperative living, an alternative business model and philosophy they believe to be a solution to the volatile global economy. They experience first hand what it means to be a cooperative-- to have no group leader, to equally distribute all responsibilities, and to decide everything by voting. The results are at once frustrating and chaotic, but enlightening and beautiful, as they weave in and out of the lives they touch across the vast American landscape.—Anonymous
