A group of young national filmmakers arrive in an indigenous community to film there a film about the Spanish conquerors of the 16th century. In their behavior and in their eagerness to get the inhabitants of the region to cooperate with them, they reproduce the same defects and prejudices that they intended to criticize in their film.
