Two grad students develop super powers while being experimented on for medical and scientific reasons. They try to escape to Taiwan after not wanting to subject themselves to being used as weapons for war on behalf of the United States.

Two grad students, one by the name of TKO and the other Patrick, develop super powers while being used as test subjects for a medical and science center. After hacking into the system, TKO is able to find out the officials of the center want her and other human experiments to participate in a program called the Human Weapon Exchange Program, HWEP. Not wanting to be a weapon, her and Patrick aim to reach Taiwan where the US doesn't have an extraditing treaty with, so as they can try and figure out a way to expose the center and maybe even save lives.—AFS Staff
