Shawn and Victor, two assassins working for "The Syndicate", form an unbreakable bond of brotherhood after being forced to work together. They devise a plan to go after the entire Syndicate. Shawn and Victor then set out to recruit other killers that have grudges against the Syndicate. The newly formed band of killers march off into what is most certainly going to be their end.
