The second generation Tiger Mask defends the honor of the wrestling ring against an evil organization that plots to take over sports all over the world.

Nine years have passed since the end of the first anime TV series. Young Tatsuo Aku, an orphan residing at Ruriko Wakatsuki's Chibikko House and a big fan of the first Tiger Mask, after he learns of Naoto Date's death in a car accident, decides to become a professional wrestler himself and starts studying the martial arts in order to become the second Tiger Mask.
