A bored housewife attends a couple's hypnotherapy session alone after her husband fails to show up. During hypnosis, she regresses into a past life, and finds herself to be a zebra mare. To unearth her lifelong fascination with the genus Equus, she visits the zoo again, and bonds with a male zebra. What follows is the metamorphosis of a bored woman married with two kids.
