Summaries

Monica Dale is a fire lookout in love with Forest Ranger Tony Garland. Escaped killer Bob Mason hides out in Monica's observatory and falls in love with her. A fire encircles them and is put out by rain. Bob finally gives her up to Tony and is cleared of his earlier crime.—Ed Stephan <[email protected]>

Forest ranger Bob Mason is forced to kill Bardwell in self-defense; but Kelcey Dale, to whom Bob is attracted, commits perjury and causes him to be convicted for murder. Bob escapes and is sheltered by Monica, Kelcey's sister, who is loved by Tony Garland, another ranger. A forest fire breaks out, and Tony rides for aid; when the party is trapped, Kelcey confesses the truth. An airplane brings parachutes by which the wife and her child are saved by jumping off a cliff, and a rainfall saves the others. Monica finds happiness with Tony.—AFI
