The city of Topanga in California is one of the last vestiges of the psychedelic 60s and 70s. Journey back to a time to become experienced once again.

A combination of Super 8mm footage from the 1980's and iPhone footage from today, this film explores the mysterious and charming town of Topanga, California. At the center of the film is Paul Doolin, long time resident of Topanga, who was photographed by the Los Angeles Times and featured on the front cover skateboarding by a giant boulder that blocked Topanga Canyon Boulevard for over a week.—Cameron Pazirandeh
