Based on Pouryaye Vali's story Habib is a young local woodcutter and wrestler who lives in the north of Iran. But Bashir Khan and his gang have problems with him and are after him. Habib becomes local champion and for a wrestling match goes to Mashhad. There when he goes to pilgrim he finds the mother of his opponent Keivan praying for her son. Habib loses his match but no one knows why. He returns to his village to find that Bashir Khan and his gang have plotted him but Keivan and his mother come to defend him.—Ibrahim
