Flash Carson is after the Conroy ranch. Having killed Conroy, he is now after the heir Billie Conroy. But there is another heir and it is Tom Manning who arrives posing as an outlaw. Tom Manning, posing as an outlaw known as "The Rambler", sets out to expose an outlaw group, led by "Flash" Carson, who are after a gold mine located on John Conroy's ranch. Conroy, supposedly has been murdered, and Conroy plans on taking the ranch from the heir, Billie Conroy, the niece of Conroy.
