The son of the swordsman falls in love with the daughter of Tagaga in a social paradox based on selling joy (wedding) and buying death.

The incidents of the story talk about Seaaf neighborhood. The local neighborhood in the heart of the capital, Riyadh is inhabited by all kinds and nationalities of black people. The story merges into the hidden worlds of this poor neighborhood at the heart of the capital of the oil state that is The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The story is about Dayel, the son of a swordsman. His job is to execute death sentences. And there is also Shama the daughter of a Tagaga (Tambourine player) who has a band that sings at wedding parties. The (Tambourine player) is working harder to be able to collect the blood money needed to free her nephew Soror. Soror was sentenced to death for killing a young man who had molested Shama. Soror and Shama already are in a love relationship. When Shama decides to work with her mother to help collect the blood money for her lover, Dayel gets jealous. Therefore he agrees to his uncle's request to take his father's job as a swordsman hoping one day he gets a chance to execute Soror.
