Elva (50), a career journalist, receives an urgent call on the day of her mother's funeral. Blerim (50), an old friend of her, a former minister, with whom she shared her dreams in her youth, was found dead in his parents' old house in the village.
Elva is the first to go to the house. She has been notified and is expected there by Kujtim (50) a judicial police officer, with whom she has a spiritual connection.
Elva finds a pin between the clothes on the sofa of the house. Apparently, Blerim spent the last moments of his life with a woman.

Gentiana (35), a colleague of Elva, drowned in the rush to find the news and care for her family and her little girl, reveals that in an area near the lake in the capital the municipality wants to demolish the houses of the residents, to build a new giant project, where the capital will develop the next 50 years.
Although area residents will initially deny this fact, in hopes of gaining market-price expropriation from the government, Gentiana will not give up. It will dig deep into this story highlighting a staggering corruption. The municipality has announced an offshore company as the winner in the tender, after which it is not known who is hiding. This investigative research will question the balances in her family, all her life so far, both personally and professionally.
Nina (25), the youngest journalist of the editorial office, will be accidentally involved in an investigative search, which will connect her with dangerous persons.
The leader of a criminal gang, Albert Vela, has been abusively released after being sentenced to life imprisonment by a criminal court.
