The story of two men, educators of children and adolescents with autism.
For 20 years, Bruno and Malik have lived in a different world: the world of autistic children and teens. In charge of two separate nonprofit organizations (The Hatch and The Shelter), they train young people from underprivileged areas to be caregivers for extreme cases that all other institutions have refused.—Canon y mus
Parisian liberal Jew Bruno Haroche couldn't stand how 'atypical' autistic kids keep being refused by official organizations, so he started his own NGOs, The Hatch and The Shelt. He and Malik, who runs the second, which trains underprivileged wayward youngsters to become tailor made caregivers themselves, have their hands full with those charges, families, donations, potential employers, institutions... Then Bruno's administrative man threatens to resign unless he takes seriously an atypical inspection by the ministry, which indeed finds them not by the book, without qualified staff etcetera, so may close them down.—KGF Vissers
