In the little town of Waldenville a boy named Joey has just experienced a Christmas miracle; the snowman he's built has come to life with the help of his magic red scarf. The pair become the best of friends and will soon embark on a fantastic adventure! As time passes, Joey and the Snowman notice something strange--its June and Summer has not come! Joey and the snowman decide to go off and discover why winter has not ended. Their journey takes them to the North Pole. where they encounter the Winter Warlock, he has imprisoned the Summer Queen in his ice palace, preventing her from creating summer.
