Continuing struggles such as rocky relationships, business challenges, marriage issues, and rivalries face the well-to-do Tong family in Hong Kong.

Part two of "The Seasons" features a new slew of issues facing the well-to-do Tong Family. Chuan's (Fung Kwok) mistress Yip Ching (Rebecca Sau Chu Chan) returns to see him with her baby boy he fathered. Ah Dut's (Pik-Wan Tang) first cousin Ying (Carol 'Do Do' Cheng) visits the family and at the same time must deal with her bad luck-plagued boyfriend Yeung (Alex Man). In addition, it is revealed later in the series that, unbeknown-st to the family, Chuan has a twin brother.—Oliver Chu
