Financially struggling, a married indie band duo regretfully takes a job on a children's show ("The Rumperbutts"). Despite the money and success, their relationship turns to one of resentment. On one extraordinary evening, a magical man leads them on a path of rediscovery and gives them a second chance at happiness.

A married couple and indie band duo, which never reached the success that they had always hoped, decides to stop pursuing their dream when a financial opportunity arises for them to perform for a new children's program called "Rumperbutts." In spite of all the money and new found success, the two of them are miserable and have thus split up.
