The rivalries of bakers Allie and Marily intensify when the Royal Prince of Samavia rolls into town looking for a royal baker. When Allie and the Prince hit it off, it seems he might be in the market for more than just a terrific cake.
Allie runs a café. Across the street, her rival-her cousin Marily-has her competing café. Now, Prince Henry is coming to town in search of the cake he remembers from a previous visit, which was the signature cake of Allie and Marily's grandmother. He is looking for the perfect cake for his brother's coronation. When he realizes that neither Allie nor Marily is willing to make the cake together, he announces a competition between the two to determine who will create the coronation cake. The rivalry between the cousins grows even fiercer, especially since Marily is willing to cheat her way to victory.
