'The Rise of the Tiger' is a story of the journey of a ruthless Mob Boss. The film takes place in Eastern Europe and is centered on Tiger, a violent, assassin and warlord who misses his family, and shows no mercy in his rule and dominion. In the movie, Tiger has flashbacks of his family, history and the political events that affected people's lives over the course of years. He is a gangster from a young age who was raised and trained by the falling government and his father's secret service. Driven by greed and doing odd jobs, no country, police, military or anyone to challenge his disposition and actions; money crimes and murders display his uncertainty toward the future.
