Summaries

An enchanting pilot with horses, dance, criminals, love, and a rich girl and poor boy who use the rules to survive her reverse Cinderella dilemma.

Neither Sandy (15), a rich equestrian/dancer, nor Frankie (16), a poor professional groom/stall mucker, attend school. Instead, they chase perfection: Sandy in the fancy ruthless world of A shows and the LA Dance Scene, and Frankie in an equally demanding blue-collar job working for a former Olympian show jumper. Raised more by their bosses, coaches, and tutors than their single parents, these super kid dropouts have learned all the secret rules that Olympians, the rich, big-time criminals, and power-hungry politicians (of the right and the left) use to dominate their respective worlds. And when the FBI arrests Sandy's Mom, Sandy will need all these secret rules and the help of her blue-collar friend if she is to have any chance of surviving what follows that arrest.—Thomas A.
