A landlady suspects that her new lodger is the madman killing women in London.

A maniac is terrorizing London, stalking and murdering street-women at night. Michael Angeloff, a Hungarian musician, takes lodgings with the parents of Daisy Bunting, and a romance develops between the girl and Angeloff.
