A Dutch port city, from dusk to dawn. Perry meets his girlfriend and hands her his car keys for use while he's on tour in the UN-mandated allied (NATO) invasion force in Iraq. His father, a trucker, gives a lift to Iranian Kurdish refugee daughter Nazanin. She flees a real conversation and meets Aziz, an Iraqi Kurdish refugee.
