The apartment manager of a residential building takes advantage of his power of surveillance to meddle in the lives of the tenants.

It shows us with irony the person who, due to his function, works carrying out cleaning tasks in the common areas, distributes the correspondence left for those who live there and notifies the administration of any anomaly he observes in order to maintain it. As part of his remuneration he has a small room assigned to him where he lives, and he co-exists in the building with the co-owners.
