This is the story of Ramon Ortega, an Interpol agent turned restaurateur who is out for revenge against the gangsters that cut his left arm off of his body and killed his young wife, Ann. The double tragedy has left him deeply depressed and caused him to become an alcoholic. His battles with depression and alcoholism must both be won first before he can be thoroughly trained in the martial arts. After his battles with depression and alcoholism are both won and his martial arts training is finished, Ortega then hunts down his enemies for a final reckoning.—Ørnås
