Kevin suffers from a Morquio's syndrome, which weakens his heart and stunts his growth. Maxwell has dyslexia and towers above his classmates. The two couldn't be more different, but, when Kevin is asked to help Maxwell, they soon bond.

This tells the story of a strong friendship between a young boy with Morquio's syndrome and an older boy who is always bullied because of his size.
